Our company’s roots date back to 1978 when our late founder, Richard Daiker, opened an independent insurance agency in Dallas, Texas. Twenty years later he began the quest to bring the next generation into the business, thus ensuring the agency’s future. The current President, Tony Fierro, joined the ownership team in 2003, followed closely by the addition of Johnny Moss and Gary Thompson in 2005. In 2011 the team welcomed John Marek into the fold. 2017 saw a major expansion of the ownership structure when Jeremy Barnett, Cliff Craddock, Josh Gilbert, Jay Jordan, Rob Kanuth, Jade Porter and Jarrett Willson were added to the team. Late in 2017, the company launched K&S Insurance in Lubbock, Texas and shortly thereafter brought Brad Bostick in as a new partner. Jack Nottingham made partner in January of 2019
