Geoff joined K&S as an Advisor in 2023 and develops strategies for companies related to Talent Acquisition and Employee Retention. Prior to joining K&S, he has spent the better part of the last decade working in Human Capital Management focusing on employee benefits. 

Geoff lives in Sachse with his wife Andrea and children Logan, Geoffrey, and Zoe.  He enjoys time with his family and friends and is an avid sports fan.
