After graduating from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, OK with a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Claudia was a substitute teacher for a few years before discovering the exciting world of commercial insurance.

Claudia started working at K & S in 2013 and hit the ground running. She worked her way up from processor to an account manager and is now a Client Experience Leader. She enjoys the ever-evolving world of insurance and is always determined and open to learning new things. Her client relationships have always been top priority for her, and she takes pride in being able to provide them with excellent service directly and through her team!  

Claudia and her husband Joseph love spending time outdoors with their daughter; whether it’s kayaking, building sandcastles and collecting shells or traveling to different states for hiking.
