Cyndi has been in the commercial insurance industry over 18 years. Along with providing top level service to her clients, Cyndi also investigates new technology to improve the daily lives of service staff and reviews current procedures to find ways to improve and grow. In 2020, Cyndi earned the NcAm certification and joined the Educator’s Presenters Guild to provide better training and guidance to her team.

Cyndi considers herself a forever student and loves learning about new and interesting topics– most recently herbalism, and sailing. Cyndi lives in Rowlett, TX with her husband Shaun, son Ryan, and daughter Shelby.
