Ian was hired as the Director of Sales at K&S in 2023, bringing with him a successful background from Paychex, where he served in both individual and managerial capacities. He has been able to consistently drive growth and success for his previous employers.

Besides his drive to achieve results and contribute to the company’s prosperity, Ian is also dedicated to mentoring and nurturing the growth of new producers. He takes pride in watching others grow and succeed and is always available to offer advice and a helping hand.

In his free time, Ian enjoys pushing himself physically through CrossFit and perfecting his BBQ skills.
