Nicole is a seasoned Commercial Insurance Professional with over 22 years of experience on the broker side. She obtained her CIC and CRM, which has helped her better serve her clients. Her experience within the Insurance Industry has equipped her with the ability to help our New Business Development efforts.

Nicole joined the K&S Insurance team in 2023. Besides managing the New Business development unit, she is passionate about embracing opportunities and overcoming obstacles. She is a proven leader, who develops culture, inspires collaboration, and positively motivates and helps team members towards higher levels of success. 

Nicole is happily-married to Tim, and they have one son, Aidan. Outside work, she and her family enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time with family, friends, and their dogs and horses.
