Prior to joining K & S in 2017, Muni worked in the Health/Optical Retail industry where she focused on sales and training. Since joining K & S, she has worked in the Surety/Bond Department, starting as an Account Manager and rising to Senior Account Manager and now Client Experience Leader, leading a dedicated team of Surety professionals. Muni aims to always please her clients with exceptional customer service. She loves that her role allows her to learn something new almost daily.

Originally from the East Coast, she and her husband first moved to Austin in 1999 then to the Dallas area in 2001, where they settled in Heath and raised their 3 kids who are now in college. Muni is a big reader. Her dream day is being on a beach with her Kindle—Sci-Fi is her favorite! She loves plants and gardening and cooking but not baking because it’s too exact, no room to experiment! She loves watching international and biographical movies, and, of course, spending time with her family.
