Rolando Solis comes to K&S with over 20 years in claims experience.  Rolando began his career in Subrogation at an independent firm, and then transitioned to Safeway Insurance Co. as a Subrogation Manager, where he honed his skills in managing a team and resolving claims. He then moved into P&C claims ,where he specialized in handling injury claims for personal lines. He was then recruited by a former colleague to make the move to Kemper Insurance, where he served as a Bodily Injury adjuster handling personal & commercial claims. Rolando is also bilingual.

Rolando enjoys travelling with his wife of 25 years, Jaci, and three grown children. Beyond work, he enjoys sports, hiking, freshwater fishing and recently began saltwater fishing.
