Sylvia joined K&S in 2023 with 12 years of experience in the insurance industry.  After starting out as an auto liability adjuster at United Auto, Sylvia was promoted to Bodily Injury adjuster and then to Litigation Specialist in less than 5 years.  She then spent 3 years at Windhaven Insurance as both a Litigation Specialist and Arbitration Specialist.  Sylvia then moved on to Kemper Insurance as an Attorney Represented Bodily Injury adjuster and then to Assurance America as a Complex Injury/Litigation Adjuster, handling multiple states across the country. 

Sylvia and her family reside in Garland, TX, where she is a busy mother of 3. She’s very actively involved with her children’s education as well as sports.
